Description

The Differential Transform Method (DTM) is numerical methods for undergraduate, post graduate students, researchers and academicians in the field of Applied Mathematics. Differential Transform Method provides solutions in terms of convergent series with easily computable components. The Differential Transform Method is the advance version of Taylor series method.

This book is about the applications of differential transform method to various differential equation, integral equations and integro differential equations. This book also contents the properties and theorems with their proofs of differential transform method.

In this text, we were mainly concerned with one dimensional, two dimensional and modified differential transform method and their applications. The first chapter introduces classifications of differential equations.  The second chapter deals with integral equations and integro differential equation with their classifications. Some numerical techniques for differential equations are discussed, in Chapter 3. The chapter 4 deals with the one dimensional differential transform method with the proof of their properties and its application to various differential equations.  The chapter 5 introduces the two dimensional differential transform method with the proof of their properties and its application to partial differential equations and partial integro differential equations. The sixth chapter introduces the modified differential transform method and seventh chapter deals with the reduced differential transform method.
