The present practical book entitled “Herbal Drug Technology-Practical Lab Manual” was
aimed to provide the knowledge of herbal drugs, their industrial production and their
commercial applications for the benefit of the society. The book covers the syllabus of 6th
semester B Pharm as prescribed by the pharmacy council of India, New Delhi.
Overall an attempt was made in the practical book to bring together all the knowledge and
information from various sources and present it in a simplified manner such that it becomes
helpful to the students, faculty and all others who are interested in the industrial field of
herbal drugs.
