highly relevant for every society to have inspiring teachers for
motivating the students since the academic competence of teachers
is the vital driving force in boosting all round development of
students. The effectiveness of professionalism among teachers is
rightly a key determinant of quality of education system of every
nation.The productiveness of employees greatly influence
commitment while job satisfaction is important drive in setting
employees mind set to work for the organization.
No institutions can no longer sustain its productivity and
turnover unless ensure proper commitment of its employees.
Organizational commitment is unequivocally pivotal component of
an organization which can boost emotional attachment to the
organization. The job satisfaction of teachers greatly banks upon the
policies implemented by government and the rules, regulation
framed by the school management, the nature and type of teaching
work, opportunities for professional development, pay and fringe
benefits, the nature of supervision and leadership style of the head,
relationship with student and colleagues and job security etc.

teachers are vital in ensuring the quality education in all aspects.
The psychological dynamics of teachers in relation to emotional
attachment of school, students, teaching work, professional
development, other values, and ethics highly influence the system
of educational development of a nation. Psycho-social dynamics of
teachers’ performance are highly critical in ensuring educational
performance since it highly calls for systematic studies investigating
