This book is concoction of chapters of advance biochemistry studies primarily designed for undergraduate students of Science and Home Science. Efforts has been made to provide an integrated approach of all necessary matters ,appropriate tables, figures, illustrations and facts and comprehensive language coupled with student’s friendly illustrations make reading interesting and understandable to the students.

               I am grateful to the various sources taken as reference. However they are properly quoted with full reference in between and at the end of this book, if any source is missing in the text, it was unintentional and deeply regretted.

I convey my sincere thanks to all my colleagues and friends  who gave me suggestions for betterment of this book .I am grateful to my husband Dr. Rajesh Verma who constantly patiently support even in worst conditions throughout this journey to dream come true.
