The articles deal with new approaches and perspectives on diverse domains of humanities, law and social sciences. The idea of this edited book is vested in all the authors who have contributed in the form of research manuscripts, with all academic integrity and professionalism.
The articles provide deep understanding of new approaches and development that have taken place in all related domains, i.e. from new normal teaching-learning strategies to substantial role during current pandemic, from Tagore’s vision about new India to literature of the 16th and the 17th century, from economic externalities to market failure, from impact of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code on sick industries to evaluating the insolvency proceedings in Covid-19 Pandemic, and from gender disparity to changing role of women in the society. The research articles/chapters go on to reconstruct theories and propositions with intense research investigation. This edited book is intended to arouse and fulfil the academic requirements of all curios minds.
