Abstract: On November 30, 2022, OpenAI published ChatGPT, a general-purpose conversation chatbot that is anticipated to have a significant impact on all facets of society. Yet, it is still unclear how this NLP tool might affect special education. The capacity of ChatGPT may influence adjustments to CWSN’s special education learning goals, learning activities, and assessment and evaluation processes, which could have a significant impact. In order to publish an academic article as ChatGPT in Special Educational: Theoretical Perspective, our study was reviewed by a qualitative investigation on ChatGPT.
