I have taught undergraduate, postgraduate and Doctorate students for many years now. The primary reason for writing a book is to help students and legislators of this country to understand. The Minority rights is demonstrated in several constitutions of the world. Oppression by the majority of the minority is barred by articles of these respective constitutions. Today, democracy is mostly a method of government of the people that is ruled by the people. These rights are added to prevent atrocities since this is an mystifying area of law.
